1. Samarth Foundation CUSTOMER JOINING
- a)Joining as a Samarth Foundation customer who have completed 18+ age, can be signed-up without any registration fee.
- b) When candidate referred by Samarth Foundation customer then submitting of customer code, candidate will start filling the joining details, after carefully filling all details candidate will accept the Terms & Conditions of Samarth Foundation by ticking on the Samarth Foundation customer terms and condition agree column.
- c) After completion of all these processes the candidate will now become the customer of Samarth Foundation and receives his/her customer code and password, after which he/she can start to get company first purchase products and so on also will get an opportunity to sponsor others.
- d) After sign-up and receiving of product commissions is optional, if need any commissions from Samarth Foundation then he/she must work (sales) as Purchase plan made by the Samarth Foundation.
- e) After making a sales by Samarth Foundation in order to get income upload all KYC details of candidate in Samarth Foundation customer Portal like. Adhar, Pan, Bank details.
- f) Commissions will be transferred after deduction of 5% admin and 5% TDS. TDS as per the provisions of the Income Tax Act. In case the Distributor fails to submit their PAN CARD, then after the deduction of 20% TDS the commission will be transferred into the distributor's account.
- g) Meetings and seminars provided by Samarth Foundation or senior customers of Samarth Foundation so new candidates and customer will also required to attained mandatory sessions. In order to get knowledge about the Samarth Foundation, Samarth Foundation Purchase plan and Samarth Foundation products, as well as sales of products.
- h) Samarth Foundation customer can buy products for self-use or for resale in two ways: (i) Cash and Receive: - The Samarth Foundation customer can purchase the products from the Samarth Foundation Branch/Samarth Foundation outlet then receiving invoice against the purchased products made from the Samarth Foundation. (ii) Sales through website:- The Samarth Foundation customer can also buy Samarth Foundation products through his/her respective online distributor portal which can be accessed by signing in at www.Samarth Foundation.online
- i) To get continues the sales commissions in Samarth Foundation he/she should maintain active customer code with minimum paid 1200rs for purchase product in every month.
- j) When customer code will not be active in Samarth Foundation that time payment will not be generated.
